Buying, or have land to sell?
Most of our inventory moves before it is listed. Tell us the size, the budget and the area, and we will send what actually fits — or bring you a serious buyer for land you already own.
What we do
We source and broker land in the Delhi NCR industrial belt — Noida, Greater Noida, YEIDA, Ghaziabad, Hapur and nearby — for factories, warehouses and commercial use.
It works both ways. Inventory comes to us continuously — and a lot of it is sold before it ever reaches the listings page. Just as often it runs the other way: a company tells us the size, the budget and the corridor they need, and we go and find it. If nothing on the site fits, that does not mean we cannot help — it usually means the right plot has not been listed yet.
🔍 You have a requirementTell us the end use, size, budget and the areas you will consider. We search our network and come back with what actually fits — including land that is not publicly listed.
📍 You have land to sellSend the size, location and papers. We bring a filtered buyer, not fifty phone calls. No listing fee — we are paid only when a deal closes.
If you are buying
- Tell us the end use — factory, warehouse, cold storage, showroom, plotting — because that decides the zone you can legally build in.
- Give us a size range and a budget, even a rough one. It saves both of us weeks.
- We send you the papers to check, and we expect you to have your own lawyer read them.
If you are selling
- No listing fee. We are paid a brokerage only when a deal closes.
- We do not put your number on a public site — enquiries come to us first and we filter out the time-wasters.
- Bring the title chain, mutation, land-use and approval papers. Land with clean papers sells at a real price; land without them does not sell at all.
Setting up in India from abroad? An Indian company — including one wholly owned by a foreign parent — can buy industrial and commercial land subject to the FDI rules for its sector, and most authority plots in this belt are allotted on long lease anyway. Tell us your structure and timeline and we will tell you honestly whether a plot fits it. This is a starting point, not legal advice — your counsel should confirm it.
